It is not my intention to waste your time on refunding your money. I still haven't received payment from my client yet. I know it sounds absurd, but that's the current fact. And the other problem is that PayPal is at the moment unable to process fund from my bank account to my PayPal account, their current policy probably.
If you don't mind (and I really asking you for this one more time! I am not going to delay things any further!!), please give me time until the next upcoming weekend. If until Saturday, November 14th, 2009, I still haven't receive anything yet, I am going to transfer your money via either Moneygram or Western Union, for US $90 of yours.
This is pretty much starting to frustrate me now, about the payment thing. Anyway, and anyhow, I will get your money back. I am really sorry for this inconvenience, because I feel inconvenient with the condition myself ...

This has been a completely miserable transaction, Tom and even if I get my $90 back, it's still been a long frustrating road or missed deadlines, spotty communication and unmet promises. That really sucks...
Any updates on the two commissions (Hellboy/creature and Batman/Joker) that I ordered and paid 50% for in April? I've sent you a couple emails and haven't heard back.

I have received your email message. I have them completed actually. Since I am having an abscess on my butt, I may take some time to get the scanned version to you. Please give me sometime this week or so, since I can't seem to sit straight.
